SPX-Deltech 25 CFM Refrigerated Air Dryer for 5 & 7.5 HP Air Compressors | HG25

I’m a big fan of these SPX-Deltech dryers and I know them well.   I worked for my fathers compressor company for many of years and we installed many of these dryers back in the 90’s and many are still working today.  So we know the quality, the durability and customer service you'd receive when buying a SPX-Deltech 25 CFM Air Dryer.

The key to dryer longevity is properly sizing and maintenance.   If you size it incorrectly the result would be a high dewpoint, excessive pressure loss and water. 

This air dryer is sized for 25 CFM @ 100 PSI, 3/4" NPT Connections, 100° F Degree Inlet Temp. and wired for 115V, complete with a power cord.  We recommend installing this dryer on either a rotary screw or piston 5 or 7.5 hp air compressors. 

Remember, the incoming air temperature can cause a correction in sizing.  If the air temperature is over 100° F., I would recommend either installing an air cooled after cooler or high inlet temperature air dryer.   Here is a great chart to show the effects of lower or higher inlet air temperatures.
