DESCRIPTION

STANDARD LINE: CARBON FILTER
Quincy's Standard Filtration lineup consists of the three most common types of filters used in compressed air systems.

  • Push-to-fit design used on threaded filters for easy filter element replacement
  • Multiwrap element construction ensures optimum performance
  • Modular design saves energy and allows for easy installation of multiple threaded filters
  • Aluminum housings feature electrophoretic coating to prevent corrosion
  • 10-year housing guarantee on aluminum housings
  • Standard pressure differential indicator on aluminum housings
  • Standard automatic condensate drain on aluminum housings

    • Quincy's QAF Adsorbers remove hydrocarbon vapor vapors and organic odors. The element contains selected activated carbons specifically developed for compressed air purification. The finely ground, activated carbons are imbedded in the binder free, microfiber fleece creating a highly efficient adsorbing surface. For optimum performance (0.003PPM) adsorbers should be installed downstream of an air dryer and polishing coalescer.
